Thanks, Eddie for letting us know about the Vaughn website and mailing list. I am looking for a J. A. Vaugh / Vaughn who married 11 Nov 1893 in Crawford Co AR to Julia Rose. It gives no indication of their ages, and I cannot find any such Vaugh / Vaughn on the 1880 or 1900 census. By 1900 Julia was apparently single again, and living with her parents in Madison County, Goodwill Twp. Since this was Julia's second marriage, it's possible that Vaughn could have also been previously married.
