Hi Ruby, I am looking for any and all information on the SEALS family. My great grandfather was Calaway Richman Seals, died September 6, 1890. I think he died in Madison County. He was married to Mary Perlee McAdoo. My grandfather, James Asberry Seals was born in War Eagle (Aurora), June 19, 1885. I would appreciate any assistance you could give on Calaway or any other Seals. Payne. According to the Huntsville Cemetery records he died in 1879. Using the map of the cemetery, when I came to the place he was supposed to be buried there a no gavestone. There was a slab that looked it might have been a base for a stone at one time, buy no engraving. Does anyone have any information about his death. He was my gg uncle.
