She was b 1859 in AR. She was 10 years old in 1880 census, Grayson Co., TX. She was in the household of W. G. Crabtree. She said she was an orphan. I am researching all Monks in Ark trying to find her parents. I noticed you have a Monk Cemetery in Lonoke County. Is this cemetery named after a Surname of Monk?
