It will begin with a social at 6:30 during which pie and coffee will be available. All those members present will then be eligible to participate in the drawing for a Thanksgiving turkey. The purpose of this called meeting will be to elect new officers; discuss finances including a future building site; the LCM fund raising efforts relating to the Haunted House and the raffle of the gun; the status of the web site; and a quarterly business report. Linda Acrey, spokesman and charter member of the LCM group stated, “All members are asked to be in attendance. This is a multi-purposed meeting that is planned. For an election of officers to take place, a good attendance is needed. Also, the social will give everyone a chance to become acquainted with some of our newer members, so please make your plans to be in attendance.
