Surnames: BAKER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/VV.2ADI/381 Message Board Post: I am attempting to locate the burial place for Phoebe Steele Baker (DOD 10 Oct 1920, Memphis, TN)). Her death certificate indictes that she was buried 12 Oct 1920 in Austin Arkansas. No cemetery or funeral home is listed. I have contacted the Sylvannia Presbyterian Church and their records do not indicate that she was burried in their cemetery. Her husband, Rev John Fabian BAKER and one of her sons, John Osgood BAKER are buried in the Sylvannia Cemetery, so that would have been the logical place for her grave. John F and Phoebe Baker were my g grandparents. I have learned of 2 other possible cemeteries - Old Austin and Monk. Does anyone have the address for either of these?
