Patrick, Go to: http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/ .....type in surname, Carolan. At bottom of 1st page, you can type in AR as 'Birth Place' or 'Death Place'. Click on any person listed. Click on 'Ahnentafel' for the family history. If you want a copy, go to bottom of page and click on 'Printer Friendly Version'. Go to: http://resources.rootsweb.com/USA/AR/Logan/ ......or any county name. Also any state. Go down to 'Primary records at RootsWeb'. Type in surname then 'Search'. You will get census; marriages; towns; cemeteries, etc., from all over AR. If you type in a 'given' name, you will also get all info on that name used as a surname; town; etc. Go to: http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ .....click on 'Advanced Search' if you want to narrow your search. You can use AR in only the 'Last Res.', or only Arkansas in the 'Issue', etc. Go to: http://www.superpages.com/ ...the phone directory if you want to find live Carolans. Click on 'People Pages'.
