Where would naturalization papers be for persons that applied between 1900 and 1910 in Logan County? I am looking to find papers for a Vincent Stauss that indicated on the 1900 Census that he was an Alian but on 1910 Census indicated that he was naturalized. Wilfred W. Kesner
