Potter was also known as Rust and it is within five miles of Mena to the west southwest. Looks to be within four miles of the state line. If you are like me you know the cemeteries so within one mile of Rust/Potter AR there are three cemeteries: 1. Foster Chapel or Foster cemetery 2. Gann cemetery 3.
