It was my first post ever and to receive such a meaningful reply is terrific! Georgia Ann Craig Freeman and Calvin Lafayette Freeman were my great grandparents, as well. Their son, Ault Lafayette, was my grandfather, my father's father. I am one of the California Freemans, my father was born in Southern California. I knew all of his siblings but time has separated us. Be happy to work with you if you have any gaps to fill in that I might have the answers for. Any info on Ault's wife, Palace Ames, from Logan County, Arkansas? I can find a big zero about her. Does this make us cousins of some kind?
