Sarah went by Bethena on several Census and her maiden name was HELTON. They were in Independence township, Pope Co, in 1920. John Henry died shortly after this, Sarah Bethena died in Nov 1938 in Logan County. I plan to visit the area in June and would love to see the cemetery my Great Grandparents are buried at. According to the Arkansas Death Index, Bethena Curtis died November 24, 1938 in Logan County. Using this information, you should be able to get her death certificate from the Arkansas Bureau of Vital Statistics. There is a downloadable form on their website. The death certificate should tell you where she is buried.
