Rochelle, I checked Logan County Marriages, Pope County Marriages and Yell County Marriages, and they are not recorded in any of those. Johnson, Scott, Franklin County's are all good possibles. The Russell's and Bowmans were big familys just north of the Arkansas River in Madison County.
