I am hoping that someone can help me. My husbands ggranmother was born on Indian Territory in Arkansas at least that is what her death cert. lists. My problem is I have found her in the 1880 census but not the 1870 census, she would have been 3-4 years old. Her mother was a servant for a couple in the 1870 census, but I couldn`t find her. Is there a census for the indian terr or is it listed in a nother state. I am hoping that someone can advise me on where to look. Thank You Melinda Wade
