Betty, I want to thank-you so much for all of your hard work. I know from using an 1850 census I found on line for Bledsoe County, Tennessee, just how helpful your work can be for those of us researching. I am looking forward to seeing the balance of the census as my Lees were in the area since statehood. Of course that means they are connected to many of the long time resident families. It is a shame that you have run into so much trouble. So much of the census work is in databases with a fee to access them, that one available for free is truly a Godsend. Thanks again. It has been brought to my attention that only part of the 1880 Logan County Census is on line at the site I sent you. The entire census was submitted, and I have a query in to Rootsweb as to where the rest of it is. I'll let you know when I get an answer. I never knew it could be so hard to give research away!!!! > > Betty Cochran > > > ==== ARLOGAN Mailing List ==== > If you wish to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the > Logan Co., AR list, use > [email protected] or > [email protected] if > you are on the Digest list. > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237 > >
