So far as I know, there is only one McKendree Cemetery, and it is still in use as a burial ground. ----- Original Message ----- From: "ROSEMARY REEVES" <rreevesrn@msn.com> To: <ARLOGAN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, March 31, 2006 7:40 AM Subject: Re: [ARLOGAN] McKendree Cemetery > US Genweb has a pretty good listing for Logan Co. cemeteries. > http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ar/logan/logancem.htm<http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ar/logan/logancem.htm> > > There is only one listing for McKendree. I think you're right, Frank, it's due north of the monastery maybe 5 miles and the McKendree Methodist church is on the left and the cemetery on the right. The cemetery is in very good shape, but I'm afraid the church will go down in the future since it's no longer used. It's a really beautiful little frame church. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Frank Cochran" <fcochran@hiwaay.net> > So far as I know, there is only one McKendree Cemetery, and it is still in > use as a burial ground.
