I located the following but not sure if this is the family you are seeking. Just to let you know, these are not my ancestors. Just thought I would help since I've had so much help in my research. 1880 Census, Revilee Twp., Logan Co., AR dtd 15 June John W. MCLAIN, w, m, 21 [1859] married during census yr. TN TN TN Elizabeth MCLAIN, w, f, 17 [1863] wife, AR AR AR I know you only gave initials M. E., for John's wife, but maybe the E. stood for Elizabeth. I couldn't locate anything in the 1900 census. I tried all means of searching the census. So I jumped to the 1910. 1910 Census, Missouri Twp, Clark Co., AR Marry E. MCLAIN, h f, w, 48 [1862] widow, mother of 4/4 living AR AR AR [Maybe her name was Mary Elizabeth] Johnie T., son, male, w, 30 [1880] Single, AR AR AR, Physician Chas W., son, male, w, 28 [1882] single, AR AR AR, Physician Opal B., dau, female, w, 18 [1892] single, AR AR AR Willie or Millie, dau, female, w, 15 [1895] single, AR AR AR I've found more and if you think this is the family you are seeking let me know.
