    3. Hi Jo Ann, By the time my family line got to AR the family became CHITWOOD then MOORE thru female lines. My only LEEPER info is about those in TN & VA. My line goes back to Andrew Leeper b c1742 & died 1799 in Greene Co TN. One source I can recommned it Lyman Chalkley's "Scotch-Irish Settlement in VA". A 3 vol. set. If you will send me your snail mail address I would be glad to send you some info about my line that might be some help. There are, as I'm sure you have noticed lots of LEEPERS and also seen as LEIPER. Let me know. I have found it a difficult line and have not been working on it for a bit. 3. Glynda~ Have talked to her but never met her. Been a while. Every time she has been in Booneville hear about after she has come and gone. Got the book that she wrote and would be willing to give her some of the info that I have dug up over the years. Pick my uncles brains and minds every time we get to see them. Will see them all in Clinton, Oklahoma this coming weekend not Easter but the next if all goes well. Look forward to hearing from you. 3. Keith and Glynda I am a descendent of Jack Hicks and Lucinda McCaslin Hicks and have been to the cemeteries just this past year. Very grown up and had snakes in it so my husband wouldn't let me walk through. My Hicks still live in Booneville, one is Hobert and the other is Carl. Lucinda was the sister of Charity and my Hicks great grandfather was James M. Hicks and Delilah Lewis Hicks, my grandfather was Andrew Washington "Britt" Hicks and Mamie Frances Kingsborough Hicks. My mother is Lila Mae Hicks Ladd. The cemeteries really fascinated me every since I first heard of them. Found another cousin Freddie Bennett that lives in Tulsa that took beautiful pictures there several years ago and he sent me copies. My great uncle Sam Hicks is buried in the one down in the pasture, his wife was his second cousin Rosa Lee Hicks who was sister to my grandpa Britt. Nice talking to you. Two of the old cemeteries are on private property. The cemetery where William and Charity are buried is fairly easy to find. It can be seen from the road.
