I am searching for the parents and sibblings of my gr gr grandparents. Isaac John Allen WARFORD b.1850 probably Chismville, AR. d.1927 LeFloreCo.OK. Mary Frances CRENSHAW b. 1854 possibly Hickman, AR. d. 1899 LeFlore Co.OK. m. abt 1869 AR. Mary Frances was suppose to be part Cherokee Indian, no roll card. Mary Frances had a relative (probably sister) who was living with them on the 1870 Census. She is listed as 'J'. Crenshaw age 16. Mary F.-parents b. GA They named their first son James......(Naming traditions suggests that he was named after the husband's father)? Isaac John was a Circut Rider Baptist Preacher & a Vocal Music Teacher for the Eureka Music Co. in Mena, AR. Parents were stated as being born in TN. It is thought that Isaac had at least one brother, that went on to Fayetteville, AR. I haven't found a clue about their 'parents or siblings' in the seven years I have been searching for them.
