    2. billie adams
    3. Hello, I was born and raised in Wister, Ok. Now living on the TX/OK border. Interested in finding Frances Thurston who married J.L. "Loss" Thurston in Booneville, Jan. 18, 1905. As far as I know they had one daugther. If anyone has any info on where Frances and Loss are buried, and where the daughter may be or what happened to any of them, I would certainly appreciate it. (Frances was supposedly in Ft. Smith, so the obit of her father had, in 1930.) Frances was the daughter of John L. Smith and Sarah Patterson Smith who lived in Booneville many years before their health got bad and they moved to Ca. to be near a son there. Frances has really been a brick wall in my research of the Smith family. Thank you, Billie

    2. Hi my name is Verna. Presently live in Colorado. Names looking for are Boydston, Mills and Henry. My Great Grandfather lived in Franklin County/Logan County. His name was William P. Henry. On the 1880 census he was on Waldron Road, Franklin County. William P. Henry's daughter Joann/Joanna (born 1864) married a William E. Mills. Believe around 1920/21 Joann's son Roger( born 1893) moved to Logan County. Roger had children by the name of Lonnie, Woodrow, Gladys, James and Opal. Trying to find any info on them. Know Joann lived with her son Roger in Logan County. Found her on the 1930 census but cannot find a death certificate. On her. Another sister Betty(born 1867) married an Asa Boydston. Also cannot find a death certificate on her. She was on the 1920 census not sure on the 1930. Know they started requiring death certificates after 1914. Just cannot find anything on Joann Mills or Betty Boydston.

    3. Where is SLC ???? On Wed, 10 Jul 2002 09:04:35 -0500 "patricia hatfield" <[email protected]> writes: hi, i am from ar. looking for any records re: randolph depriest boydston who married isabelle sinclair, there are two of them with same name trying to sort out who his father was: robert, james 3rd, orwilliam alvis. most likely one of first two.he was a primative baptist preacher and lived in logan county at one time. there is probably a native american connection. also interested in smith and holt family, specificly an addie holt. thanks pat . Pat = I have an Addie Holt born about 1859 married to a ?? Bridgeman daughter of Thomas Jefferson Holt (b Dec 1830 in South Carolina- d 18 Sept 1901 in Corning, Clay County, Ark.)and ?? Lee. Thomas Jefferson had three wives. ?? Lee was his second and I show they had three daughters Nancy, Aimee and Addie. This is a very difficult family for me to do research on as Thomas ran away from home to marry his first wife because the family did not want him to marry her. He went to town and wrote a check on his father's account and left. We know very little about his family. My father-in-law, Earl Holt is his grandson. Thomas was in the Civil war, but when I wrote to get his records they said he deserted. However one of his last wife's brothers said he had been a true rebel to the end and that he had seen him in his uniform. His third wife is said to have received a pension check by Earl Holt's sister. Thomas was also a US Marshall according to family. Does any of this fit??? Bill Jamison in Clovis, California (Next door to Fresno)
