Charlotte, I am sorry to say but I cannot find in the 1900 or 1910 a George or a Lillie SEWELL in Logan County, Arkansas. In fact, I couldn't find them living in Arkansas at all. I also looked at my Logan County Marriage Book: 1877-1924 and neither one are listed in it either. Sorry, wish I could have helped. Looking for Sarah Rebecca McClain {McLane} b abt 1853 died between 1888-1892 in Logan County, Arkansas or remarried. I do not know her maiden name. Sarah's husband was Newburn McClain b 1850 d. 1930 in Hanna, OK. I know he remarried in about 1892 in Crawford Co, Arkansas. I have found her name on some legal documents as Rebecca C. McLane and as S. R. McLane Lula McClain was born in 1893 to Lavina and Newburn...married in 1894 and Amelia Jewell McClain was born in 1895 I am trying to find Sarah Rebecca's maiden name and where Sarah Rebecca McClain is buried and if she remarried then her new husbands name. Is their anyone who will do an abstract search and copy for Logan County, Arkansas?
