Not that I research there very much but am curious. CF Johnson married NL Tutt Sep 10 1901. Mrs Arbell Tutt married WC Helms Aug 16 1903. Mrs RB Helms to JL Richardson 1909. 1870 Montgomery Co, Benj D has younger sister Ida B b 1868 AR. Kind of a coincedence he has a sister by the same name that married SM Johnson. She is is still at home on the 1880 and so is Benj D. I believe I found him in 1900 in Bowie Co as B Johnson b 1861 IL. He has children Ellma(dtr) Apr 1883 AR IL AR;Louis B Apr 1887 AR IL AR;Virgil A Jun 1889 AR IL AR; Gracie N Apr 1892 AR IL AR; and Mrs BC Mar 1879 TX NC NC. Now is that Bonnie, he and she both state they have been married 3 yrs. So, he was married previously to someone b AR. That makes sense with the land records you found. Going further I found Louis and Virgil both in Pontotoc Co OK in 1910. WWl draft cards state Virgil Arthur b July 19 1889 in Richmond AR; Lewis Benjamin b Apr 3 1887 in LR Co AR(card in Bryan Co). This also fits with the info from the homestead docs you have. I would say this is the right B Johnson in Bowie Co. Virgil was still in Pontotoc Co 1920 with a Ben D Johnson next door age 59. Lewis was in Latimer Co 1920. 1930 Lewis was in Eddy Co NM and has son Benjamin Marion. Didn't find Virgil in 1930 but he did not die until 1975 in Pontotoc Co I think it was. Have looked for Benjamin after 1900, but not able to locate him. Also, have not been able to find the dtrs and who they married. Arabella Smith married Clement Tutt Aug 7 1865 Red River Co TX. No Tutt marriages for the son in LR and no listings for any Tutt burials in LR. Lou Tutt Johnson died Sep 3 1938 in LR Co. I think that is abt all I could find with the clues in your last message.
