Judge Hicks and his wife Sallie Johnson/Johnston Hicks are buried at Hicks Cemetery. What is the history of the cemetery? Was there a school /church in the area c. 1890? Judge lived in AL and GA before coming to AR with his parents. Amos Hicks is his father. Sallie was born in AL and moved to AR about 1869. The Johnston families moved to CA about 1940. Judge and Sallie had two daughters: Lillie and Mattie. Lillie married Jesse Hill. Mattie married Claud Spraug and moved to MO. Judge had many brothers and sisters.
