Looking at the family on the 1900 census in IL, the older dtr b TX & Maggie AR tells me with his job on the RR, he was being moved around. Maggie either did not file for the delayed birth certificate or she died before she got the opportunity. My understanding is if she had filed, it would be on this cd since her birth occurred more than 100 yrs ago.
