Sept. 12, 1878 in Lincoln County, Arkansas d. Oct. 17, 1922 in Lincoln County, Arkansas. He was the son of John Leroy and Nancy Jane (Nannie) Harrison Ratterree and the grandson of John Thomas Ratterree and Martha Jane Mickle. He married Julia E. Johnson April 5, 1899 in Star City, Lincoln County, Arkansas. She was born Jan. 31, 1880 and d. Dec. 6, 1953. Both are buried at Butler Cemetery near Star City, Arkansas. They had one daughter, Vertie Viola b. Jan. 1900 d. July 8, 1986 in Cleveland, Mississippi. She married first an Andrews and had one child, James Earnest (Buddy) Andrews. Second marriage to Frank White May 14,, 1920 in Lincoln County, Arkansas. Third marriage to Claude M. Clark who died May 14, 1920 in Shaw, Mississippi. She had the following children, but I am not sure to which marriage. Bernice married ??Irby; Bonnie married ??Patrick; Reola married ??Taylor; and Clara married ??Hill. Any help will be ap! preciated.
