    1. [ARLINCOL] Updates to the site
    2. That's right, I have more updates for ya. Jann has sent me the Mason death index and it's up and running. We will also be adding Goodspeed here real soon thanks to our volunteers. Thanks to Peg, we have added cemetery residents A-C, a work in progress, please review and if you have anything to add e-mail me or Peg. A reminder: when I download to the site I make sure that I re-index the search feature so if you don't want to view the new stuff you can simply use the search feature to see if your names are there. 3. I am searching for information on my great-aunt, Margret J. Ward, born in Marshall Co. MS. abt. 1855. Family lore states that she married a Greenwood. I found a marriage record for a Margret Ward and a Charles Greenwood in Lincoln Co., for 23 Dec 1871, but there is a discrepancy of about 2 years of age. Does anyone in Lincoln Co. have access to Lincoln County census records for 1870 or 1880? Does anyone know anything about the Wards or Greenwoods? Jackie

    3. Anyone know about a CC Camp in Lincoln County? I'm trying to locate Camp Jackson Hill, No. 4732, and was told it was in this county. My father was in this camp, along with Frank Glover, who later pastored Crigler (?) Missionary Baptist Church. Jann Woodard ===== __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? I would be happy to share with anyone what I have on each of those families. I have not begun on my father's family--the William B. Johnson (T.J.Y. Johnson) (James S. I have a box of material that I just have not had time to go through on these; however, I have collected a lot on the Smith, Freeman, and Youngblood families. 1. [ARLINCOL] Cenus Records
    2. A few List-ers have asked me about census records. So, is there anyone out there that volunteer to post census records? Some are looking for 1860-1870 but any years would be helpful. Resources are not available via Lincoln County or myself. The volunteer would have to go to the library and transcribe them from their resources. Never hurts to ask. :-) Wendy - List Administrator
