Mr. Hollowell joined the Land Office in 1985 and is charged with the day to day operation of the office. He is actively involved with the Advisory Council of that office which reviews legislation, procedures and regulations that affect cities and counties throughout the state. > > Mr. Hollowell is originally from Heber Springs and graduated from the University of Arkansas .
