Seeking information about great grandfather's family from TN & AR. Walter Dixon Simmons relocated from TN to St. Francis County, AR in early 1900s. He had a brother, Charlie Simmons. He married Jimel French and lived at Palestine and Goodwin, AR having children; Dorothy, Maxine, Bobby Jean, Nellie "Tincey", and my grandfather, James Albert Simmons, who was born 1937. Walter Dixon worked many years for the highway dept and later farmed. Jimel French Simmons had other sets of half siblings from her father's marriages in Arkansas; Reeves, Thigpens. Any info is appreciated.
