They are African-American, and I know some of the family was still there in 1930 according to the Census: HOLT, Tom (head, age 79)-widowed; Tom Jr. (son, age 20)-single; Ethel (daughter, age 18)-single. I've also located the family in the 1920 Census: HOLT, Tom (head, age 69)-married; Adiline (wife, age 57)-married Jim (son, age 24) single Mott? (Matt/Mattie) (daughter, age 22) widowed Hattie (daughter, age 19) single Walter (son, age 18) single Tommie (son, age 14) single Ethel (daughter, age 9) single Leonard (grandson, age 6) single J.A. (grandson, age 2.5) single And in the 1910 Census: HOLT, Tom (head, age 57)-married; Adiline (wife, age 48)-married Gideon (son, age 21) single James (son, age 16) single Mattie (daughter, age 14) single Walter (son, age 11) single Tommie (son, age 5) single ????? (daughter, age 18) single Juda? (daughter, age 16) single Does anyone know anything about them, or their offspring?
