CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS1 RAY was born 1837 in Kentucky, and died August 06, 1906 in Valley Springs, Boone Co. Arkansas. He married (1) ELIZABETH C. SNOW January 19, 1874 in Boone County Arkansas. She was born 1845, and died 1875 in Valley Springs, Boone Co. Arkansas. He married (2) MARGARET A.M.ROGERS February 29, 1876 in Boone County Arkansas. She was born 1853, and died February 25, 1934. Notes for CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS RAY: Christopher C. Ray enlisted in Co. B, Col. Dobbins' 1st Arkansas Cavalry at Madison, Ark. He was detached as a blacksmith by order of Col. Dobbins May 1, 1863. Dobbins Unit was broken up in January of 1864 and Pvt.
