    3. In 1887 Charles Franklin Loomis lost his wife Jeanette Fisher Loomis. In his grief he left Kansas and went back to Arkansas (county unknown) and settled there. The family story goes that while there he became involved in Tabacco business run by a family by the name of Pryor. Would like to connect with anyone who either 1) knows of Charles Franklin Loomis or 2) knows of a Tabacco Business in Arkansas owned or run by a family by the name of Pryor in the 1888's. 2. I am aware of the Thomas Jefferson Ayers & Lucy Jane Lowery and sadly they are not mine. I'm sure my "TJ" was married to Lucy Ann Bennett & have reason to believe that they were married 1858-60. If it would not be too much trouble ... could you please send me the data on the T. J. (18??) & Jefferson (1891) The latter may be his brother, William Jefferson. Thanks so much for all you do! Ginny

    3. Anyone know of a genealogist or researcher for hire who would be willing to go through 52 issues of the Lee County Courier for me? I tried to get the newspaper on microfilm through interlibrary loan, but apparently only the Arkansas History Commission has a copy of the microfilm for the year 1914, and they don't do interlibrary loan (boo! hiss!). Write me off the list if you know of someone available. Steve Dhuey Madison, Wisconsin walloon@mailbag.com

There were numerous children. I know of Columbus, Jesse,Rosa,William, Elizabeth(Lizzie)Octie,Dovie and my father Hayes Albert.
