Hi, I've got some questions: I am researching William Houston Clark who moved to Arkansas around 1909. I have a census record for him showing he was in Jackson County with his wife Clara and children, Lenora, Murray, Lacy and Virginia. He also died in Black Rock, Arkansas on January 11, 1913. His body was brought back to Alabama on the Southern Railroad. I am trying to find out why he moved there and what he done while he was there. I know his youngest child was born in 1910, Feb. 14. How can I find a newspaper article about that or any other information. What newspaper would I find Houston Clark's obit in if he died in 1913 in Black Rock Arkansas. Was there a hospital near there? Does anyone know where the Railroad would have picked up his body? Any help would be very much appreciated. Also, what was in this part of Arkansas to draw him from Alabama in 1909?
