I am needing someone's, anyone's help with a list of indigent families of Confederate Soldiers in Lawrence Co., AR in 1862. There is a Nancy Mathews who has a website and she has transcribed this list from Book F and she says that the Circuit Court in Lawrence Co. in Walnut Ridge, AR has it. I have called the Circuit Clerk's office and they tell me they have never heard of it, never seen it, never heard of her, and didn't find it when I asked them to look for it. I even spoke with the County Clerk's office and they didn't have it either. I am wanting to get a copy of the actual page that my ancestor is listed on with his family.
