Would they have had records of infants deaths in Lawerence or Independence Counties before 1923?If so how could i go about finding them? Leatha
Leatha, Arkansas started keeping birth & death records in 1914. The early years are spotty but if there is a record it would be listed in the Arkansas Death Index.
