SPRADLIN, John E. b. 1886 Ar. d. 1955 Kennett,Dunklin Co.Mo. parents: William H.& Martha(Ezell)SPRADLIN John's first wife: Hester KERSEY b. abt.1887 d. 28 Jan.1917 Alicia, Lawrence Co. AR. marriage: abt 1913 Is there a marriage list so I can find an exact date for the marriage? Would a marriage certificate or death certificate list her parents names? John's 2nd marriage: Maudie Mae(TATEM) b.1898 AR. d. 1953 Kennett,Dunklin Co. MO. marriage: 8 May 1920 Alicia, Lawrence Co. AR. Who were her parents? Is this the correct spelling of Tatem? I sent for the marriage certificate, no parents names were listed. Her name on the certificate was Mrs. Maudie RODGERS.. Her first husband was Earl D. RODGERS. His parents were: Solomon and Bell Z.( ) RODGERS In the 1920 census Lawrence Co. AR. Maudie (widowed) is living with her in-laws Solomon and Bell RODGERS. Need to find marriage date for Earl and Maudie(Tatem) RODGERS estimating it to be 1915-1917 Need to find death date and burial for Earl RODGERS d. bef.1920 Any help or suggestions? Hi, I found a marriage for Maudie Tatom to Earle Rogers. Bk-D-324 11/27/1914.- Spradling, John (26) married Kersey, Hester (16 ) 7/13/1913 Bk-D-027 Hester was only 16 then. You need to go to Nancys Lawrence Co. Corners and search for cemeteries he might be buried in. She has a great search engine on there- http://users.ritternet.com/nlmatthews I found a few marriages in the books that the parents were listed. Some that were married in the parents home and some who needed a parents permission because of age.
