If it was an accidental death I think there would possibly be a coroner's report. That would be filed at the courthouse in the county where the accident occurred. The coroner would have to testify that the death was truly an accident and not deliberate. That is how I found the record of my g-grandmother's sisters death. There was even a coroner's inquest after she drowned in the creek. Good Luck! Dale H.
