Fred, I just got back into the Normans again. 1850 AR census shows John at Piney Fork. It shows he owned 200 acres at that time. Thanks for the plat info as my sister, brother and I are going that way in a few weeks and would love to locate the land. I'm only about 1/4 away into putting my Normans in Gedcom form so may find something later on Richard Lou. I'll for sure keep a look out and let you know. I'm looking for more info on Betsy Glisson.
