Hi, I'm interested in obtaining a death certificate from Arkansas. I know the name of the deceased, the county in which the death undoubtedly occured (Randolph County), her date of birth, the names of her parents, the name of her husband, etc. I have two questions. 1. The deceased was a sister of my great-grandfather. Will Arkansas search for a death record for me when I am not a direct descendant of the deceased? 2. I know that the deceased died in 1915 or 1916. Will Arkansas search a two-year period, given the other information that I have, or will I need a more precise date of death? Thanks so much for helping out this novice. Mike Landwehr
