Can anyone tell me who Ballard Mullikin is? S/He was born 1894 and died 1944, being buried in Shady Grove Cemetery - Lincoln County, Arkansas. My family is from there but we don't have this person. I am thinking that this is a woman that may have married into the family and her maiden is Ballard and her first name got left off the list, does anyone know?
