By United Press Wichita, Kans., Oct. 30 -- Plans of three bandits to loot the Cedarvale, Kansas bank today at daylight came to an unexpected end late yesterday with the arrest of Fulton Green, Frank Givens and the notorious Tom Slaughter, age 27, murderer and bank robber, over whose head hang rewards totaling $35,000. Slaughter has confessed, according to officials, that he is the man who killed Deputy Sheriff Roty Brown near Hot Springs, Arkansas, Oct. 10. He said that he had robbed ten banks within the last few years.
