Anyone have access to marriage records of Arkansas. I am looking for one or two marriage records for one Jerome Williams. He was last recorded in the 1880 census of Phillips County, where he lived with his parents. He is next found in the 1920 census of Bowie County, Texas. I have no record of him in the 40 years between. In 1920, he was married to Matilda Caroline "Carrie" Bloodworth. It may have been a second marriage for both of them. Any information from Arkansas marriage records appreciated. His middle initial was either N or B. Larry in Texas
