I need help researching the family and descendants of Wesley C. Vanlandingham, born January 27 1827, Wilkinson Co, GA where he married Ellifair Shepherd on March 11, 1852. They moved to Arkansas about 1854 and were listed in the Praire Co, ARCensus in 1870 (Wesley with wife, Ellifair, and son, Rollin born 1859 AR) Watensas Township, Devalls Bluff. I know that Wesley was in Mayflower, AR in1881 when he received a distribution of his father's estate from Georgia. He was living in Kansas City, MO in 1892 where he received another distribution.He is listed in the 1900 & 1910 Census in Jackson County, Kansas City,Missouri where he died on August 30, 1914. Wesley's son A. Jacob Vanlandingham was listed in the 1880 Census for Pulaski County, Arkansas, Little Rock with wife- Minnie & daughter-Gertrude in house of mother-in-law, Mary Brisbin, and wife's grandmother, Mary L.
