Does anyone know anything about: 1) Where Napoleon AR was before it was washed out and what town took its place? and 2) Where I can find an 1865 or earlier map that might show it? 3) Are there county plat maps that show townships and sections in the public library or historical library in Benton Co, Washington Co, Sevier, and Randolph Co?
