Travis WHITAKER SMITH (1897-ca. 1984) was a daughter of the Rev. George Robert WHITAKER (1855-1935). She was born in South Carolina, married a James Allen SMITH in 1918 and, sometime after that, moved to Arkansas witlh him. I have information that they had four sons, all born in the 1920s. I am one of her great-nieces and would like to get in touch with this family to exchange information. I am a granddaughter of Travis' brother, L.R. Whitaker (1899-1962).
