    1. [ARKANSAS] (Arkansas) McIntyre's. Also researching Sharp(e), Burch/Birch, Jones, Minor/Miner, Massey, Meekins, McCalls, Taylor, Clayton
    2. LaJuan McIntyre
    3. Hello List, I hope someone will be able to assist me with a couple of my brickwalls: Wall #1 My Great-Grandfather Toney McIntyre married my Great-Grandmother Pinkie (Pankey) McCall on February 12, 1885, in (Camden) Ouachita County Arkansas. I have reason to believe that Grandpa Toney's first name was his mother's maiden name. There was a large plantation near Camden owned by Mr. James Rucks Toney (The Old Toney River Plantation). I think my family may have been slaves on Mr. Toney's plantation. A very dear friend of mine found the name Jimmie (Jimmy) McIntyre on the 1880 Ouachita County Census - Jimmie McIntyre had a son by the name of Toney. I'm not sure if this is Grandpa's Toney's father, but I would love to find out for sure. There was also a name of Lucy McIntyre listed as the wife, I know that Grandpa Toney owned some land with a Lucy McIntyre and a Sam McIntyre, but, all my living relatives know nothing about a wife named Lucy or this person named Sam. Maybe Sam is a brother? As far as Grandma Pinkie (Pankey) McCall, I only know that she was 18 years old when she married Grandpa Toney. Again, I'm assuming that Grandma Pinkie (Pankey) McCall's first name was her mother's maiden name and over the years her name evolved from Pankey to Pinkie. I have no more information about Grandma Pinkie (Pankey) than what's listed. Wall #2 Another Great-Grandfather's name was King Solomon Sharp(e), I'm not sure if its spelled with or without an 'e', and he was married to Ida Mae Burch (Birch), again I'm not sure of the spelling. They had two children Pearl (Pearlie), my Paternal Grandmother and Leonie. My Grandmother Pearl was married to Elzie McIntyre, Sr. of Camden Arkansas. Of this union 10 children were born. My Grandmother, Grandfather, Father and many other relatives are buried in the Good Hope Cemetary. Wall #3 Another Great-Grandfather's name was Louis or Lewis Jones, I'm not sure of the spelling, was married to Lena Clayton. I've discovered through relatives that Grandpa Louis' father's name was Sampson and his mother's name was Mittie (Minnie) Elliott. I would like to find out if anyone has any information that would help me in finding out Grandpa Sampson's parents names and Grandma Mittie's parents name. I would be happy to have anything that anyone has that might give me a lead to follow on any of my brickwalls. Thanks in advance for all of your help. LaJuan McIntyre

    2. Donna
    3. Hi ya'll, Guess I'll get in my brick wall. My great grandfather was named John M Webster, born 1857 in Arkansas. The first I find him however, is in the LDS records ( IGI records ) in Lampasas, TX when he marries my great grandmother Mary Julia Hine on October 10, 1877. The 1880 census finds them in San Saba TX where he says his father was from Tennessee and his mother was born in Arkansas. This is not the son of John Bell Webster. I've been down that tube many, many times. I would like to know who his birth parents were. Any help would be very appreciated. donna
