Skaggs >(my GG Grandfather) was born 06 June 1848 in Green Co, Kentucky. He married Rebecca Eveline Warren on September 15, 1873 in Garbor, Johnson County, Arkansas. I have this info from the Skaggs message board dated Sun, 7 Sep 1997 Benjamin Nicholas Skaggs (my Great Grandfather) was born in Johnson County, Arkansas Jul 1882.
