Between the time of the inventory and my first visit, information on the gravemarker of Mary J. Owens' 2nd husband, Shandy, had been obliterated. There is an unmarked adult grave to the left of Mary's but with approximately a grave's width between. The property ownership map shows another cemetery to the north and east, about 1/4 mile from IDO's property. According to the Johnson County Cemetery Location Directory this gravesite is reported to contain 2 to 3 graves, no commercial markers, no identities given. Isaac D. Owens' property adjoined that of C. C. Shandy on the south.
