Surnames: Brown, Reagan Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/hV.2ADE/2274 Message Board Post: I am looking for information on Samuel Brown, born in Pennsylvania, son of Thomas & Isabella Brown of Ireland. In 1872 he married Anliza Reagan and had two children, Margaret Christine Brown (b. 5 Mar 1872), and Mary Brown (b. 9 Apr 1877). Margaret, who went by the name Christine, married James Porter Blount and died 28 Mar 1958. Mary married George Manley North. They had no children. Mary died 15 Jan 1963. Anliza Reagan Brown died at a very young age and Samuel remarried to Virgia (or Mary Virgia) in 1892. The girls he had with Anliza were raised by their grandparents, Thomas & Isabella Brown. They had three girls, Virgia, Leeana, and Erma. Samuel most likely died sometime between 1910 and 1920. I have a photo of Thomas & Isabella Brown and feel certain that photos of Samuel exist, probably with the descendents of his second family with Virgia. If you are one of their descendents and have a photo of him, I would LOVE to hear from you and share any info I have on Samuel.
