I am a descendant of Mary Eliza who married David Winn Holman. I have been trying to find out information on this family for a long time. I understand that James is buried in the Minnow Creek Cemetary next to his wife Nancy (a second or third wife), but I couldn't find it when I was there. I thought that James C. stood for James Chrisman. Where did the Calhoun come from? Who is his parents? What happened to his children? Marry? children? Just let me know.
