I had to look for Lula Gage to find this couple. He is listed as J. D. Chaffle. He and Lula married 24 Feb. 1907. It is filed in Book T page 431 in the county clerk's office at the courthouse. With the old handwriting the f and p could be confused. In the 1910 census for Johnson County, they are living in Grant Township (Coal Hill) in Dwelling 88. Jeff D. CHAPPEL age 21 married once for 3 yrs AR parents birth place blank. Lula was age 20 married twice last time 3 yrs. AR AR AR. Went back to the marriage book and found Lula GAGE married Everett DIXON on 04 Feb 1906 Book T page 295. Also listed in Grant Township Dwelling 250: GAGE, Abe L. 60 married once for 39 years AR blank Nancy M. 58 married once for 39 yrs 10 children 6 living MS TN TN Della 24 daughter AR AR MS Dwelling 248 GAGE, Dee 24 mar once for 7 years AR AR MS Maud 24 married once for 7 yrs 1 child 1 livng AR AR AR Georgia 6 daugher AR AR AR No marriage listed for them.
