I can't find any place by that name, or similar name, on an Arkansas map. I did find a John Nipps living in Johnson county Arkansas in the 1910 census. So I'm wondering if there is, or was, a town by that name? maybe a hospital with that name? any other suggestions? Thanks for any help.
