I have a photograph of my great grandmother (Callie Isabella May Chandler) and her children which I believe was taken in Johnson County, probably in the early 1890's. The family lived in Johnson County at the time. At the bottom of the photograph is a "Mrs. M. Wise, Photographer". Does anyone know whether and when Mrs. Wise worked in Johnson County?
